Powder Blending is a part of Granulation Division, is dedicated block to powder Blending application. Over the years of experience, powder blending i.e. giving a homogeneous mixture of powder for formulate, or a proper granulate mix is very important for packing of powder form material. Blenders (cone, Octagonal, V Shape, U shape, sigma, bin, drum etc.) are a part of Blending process and are used for different form of blend of powder light to light of same density, of different densities, mixture of heavy and light, sometimes adding liquid, API or oils binders to the mixture for granulation or compression, or final packing. All are blended.
